I just had a rep issue a RMA for me. I have a question though about their policy because the ram I'm rmaing happens to have burnt contacts (I didn't do anything to it. One stick still works so it's not my components). I'm not sure if they consider it physical damage and I'm a bit worried. Would anyone know if they think of it as physcial damage?

Hmmm. as long as you tell them the other stick of ram you bought works fine on the same DIMM slot the bad ram was on, then you should be ok. I'd try and talk to the manufacturer and let them know.
