I posted a description of a problem I'm having over on the number crunching forums. Not sure everyone browses them, but if you're willing to take a look, it would be appreciated.
Link to forum posting: Help with Dual GTX 460s with SLI turned on (http://setiathome.berkeley.edu/forum_thread.php?id=62817).

Well someone posted a response that makes sense. I don't know if its the true solution, but it sounds like I have to turn SLI off when I run SETI.

I believe that is accurate. SLI reduces SETI output if I remember correctly.

Eagle. Do you know if BOINC will utilize both GPU's or just one of them when SLI is disabled?

BOINC will utilize both GPU's with SLI disabled. I currently have 3 cards in a system crunching SETI Cuda units at once.

Does 8x8x or 16x16x have any effect on seti/boinc?

I don't think there are many card that can fully saturate 8x bandwidth so 8x8x should be fine.
