As it stands, I only have one computer doing work for me at the moment. So today I decided I would add a second, in doing so I logged in under my account and waited for the manager to get to work. Then after a few moments it popped up in BOINC with a Red X Error saying, "No work available to process." Now why don't I buy this? And what can I do to fix it?

They are currently having problems with their disk array, so in the mean time they shutdown the upload/download server to work out the disk array problem. Should be up within a day.

Ah great, I was worried that I was doing something wrong.

Just get some Rosetta work.;)

The Irony gods have struck.
The moment rosetta gets it's disk issues fixed, down goes seti.
Hopefully seti has an easier time of it!

You mean Ogun (http://www.mamiwata.com/ogun.html)?

That must be one hell of a chicken!
Certainly larger and more industrious then the chickens I've had.

I really wanna find out what my peak RAC is but every time i hit 10k a server goes down. My RAC graph looks like a mountain range. :( Oh well maybe by the time the 560s come out everything will be OK.

So it's all your fault! Throttle your stuff to 9,9kRAC and seti won't have servers going down all the time :P

Seti is back online, expect heavy traffic to make communication difficult for a day or two.

I got a couple dozen GPU units, don't seem to be able to upload them though.

Got a couple of SETI tasks, won't last long, will finish up my rosetta work anyway.
It's definitely going to take a couple days for this to smooth out. RAC took a big hit, but if they can re-stabilize should get cooking.

All was good for a couple days, now I'm getting "no tasks available" for my GPU :(

The noise Filter broke on the Radio so they have work just no way to get the noise out of it.:rain::temper:

Gah. It's always something.
At least seti and rosetta don't seem to die at the same time.

No CPU tasks for me either :/
Back to rosetta or einstien if rosetta is still giving static.

Yep, just got back from a weekend trip, see i've been idle again for a while. Back to Rosetta :)

yes more time to catch up.:bday::bday::bday::bday::bday::bday:
I have like 10days worth of work left.:rock:

Hahaha, glad to provide a way to catch up! But now I know how to fill my cache properly for 10 days, so once SETI is back up, I should be able to survive the outages.
...although on just one 460 right now. EVGA did work with me to get an RMA for my other card, so will get that second card running after a while. Not looking forward to pulling the water cooled plumbing out of this thing to get to the card.

Seems ive topped off at 10.5k RAC give or take 500 RAC. I suppose thatll increase when I slap in 2x 560s.

I got about an extra 6000 form my 470. I have it for a like 4 days so it still hasn't balanced out.

Switch your GPU over to Collatz so you are earning some nice BOINC points. I think you will like how optimized Collatz is with your 460.
What really sucks is I have plenty of work right now; however, if this is for a while I won't be able to do much because I am back on the road starting tomorrow for work  Can't a guy catch a break! I was almost over 50k for RAC too

Radar blanking problem has been resolved, work is now being split and prepared for distribution.

No I leave them running; however, I would have no way of changing projects if seti was down. I hate wasted CPU/GPU time.

I have SETI set up at 90% and Einstein set up at 10%. You could just as easily set it up as 95% and 5%. If SETI isn't running then Einstein will. Once SETI hands out work Einstein almost shuts down.

That's how I had things set up when rosetta was dead. 10% seti, 10% WCG, 80% rosetta.
While rosetta was offline each got 50%, once rosetta came back it quickly claimed it's 80% and off we went.
Worked great.
