How do their waranties work? Do you have to be the original owner or is it based off serial number?

Yup, just the serial.

Communication is poor, but the actual RMA service is good.

Exactly as Bobnova said. I got nearly zero communication so I called, and it turns out my board was shipped that day. I was like alright, sweet. Not a whole lot of information was required to RMA either.

Reason for RMA.





So I ship it then randomly get surprised with a new box? How quick is the turnaround time?

Took me about two weeks from the day I shipped it in. That was for a replacement board and not a repair.

I have rmaed a few mobos and its fast. thus why i would by from them again.
