To be fair, someone in customer service has already cancelled my order, and given me a refund, without any issues.
It appears that their web store is having issues with processing payments, where charges can get duplicated one or more times. It also seems that after completing payment, it'll give an error, stating it needs to be input again.
I simply said I'll consider trying to order again once these issues are resolved...It might be a good idea to wait a little bit for them to do so, for everybody else.
