Resevoir free cooling system?

How would I do this? I don't really get how you would get all the liquid in there. Would you just fill the tubes up or something? I read somone's post about this, so I was just pondering the idea...

Particullarly, the tube marked G. It's used to pour in the water, and let air escape.

i do that couse its so well laid out and clean
g- is the bleed/fill hose u just keep pouring it in untill it curcualtes around. by switching pump on and off. that hose also self bleeds itself.

his system is inline,as is mine. i prefer it , some dont i like its simplicity and power.
