What exactly do they do and how well do they work? I am trying to come up with ways to cool my watercooling down more, and I was wondering if this would help me? I was also looking at buying a peltier and I also wondering, is it ideal with a peltier?

Where can I get info on waterproofing? I see all these sites that have foam for waterproofing, but how exactly do you put it on, and how does it stop the condensation?
