How to ID this mobo?

I have a serial nu,ber (I think). This machine was given to me by a friend, but I need to know the motherboard info and such. It has a 350Mhz P2 sloket (I think). The serial number is

SN9803039228

Can someone please help me?

We are going to need more info. I plugged the number into google and came up with nothing. Try to put any markings you find on the board into google. You could also post a .jpg of the board here and see if someone recognizes it. Sorry I can't be of more help.

I think it is a gigabyte GA-686LX
