3dMark2001 se problem...

Whenever i try to run the advanced pixel shader the program crashes and leaves my screen in like 1284*1080.

Radeon 8500 with 6.13.10.6025 driver.

Can anyone help?????

First, you'll get much better responce if you post this in the proper area...SOUND and VIDEO cards. second, ..With the GeForce 3 ti 200's for example..you have to change settings in the bios for MAX performance....My old 16MB card did the same thing you are describing...so did my gf3, before I made some changes in the bios...

HI, and welcome to the Forums....:)

While we do post by topic here, this one could really go into two. Neither one is General Discussion, however.

Let me ask one question before I move it, to try to ascertain where you might get the most help (Vid/Sound cards, or Other Software).

Is this the only time you are having problems with your vid card, running this one program??

Once you answer, I'll move this to the most appropriate topic, where you will receive the most help.

In future, please post in the correct topic. You honestly will recieve an answer far quicker than posting tech questions in GD... Most of the techie's around here rarely venture into General discussion.... Posting a tech question here, will only leave it to languish, unanswered....;)

Let's move this over to "Software", and see if you get some hits on it there...
