Could you guys post some clear pics of fittings/barbs & what the real name & size of these things are:beer: I need to buy some for a waterblock that I'm making & it's kinda hard to describe them to people at the hydrolic shops around my area. Thanks guys:beer:

Most waterblocks use 3/8" or 1/2" barbs with a 1/4 NPT thread. Hardware stores usually have the 3/8" x 1/4 NPT barbs so try looking there. Here is what a 3/8" x 1/4" barb looks like.

does that one use 1/4in ID hose?
i use 3/8 ID hose and im sure he uses 3/8 ID or 1/2 ID hose....

When you say 3/8 or 1/2 which are they measuring, ID or what? NPT?

3/8" and 1/2" is refering to the size of tubing ID the barb uses. The 1/4" is the NPT threading on the other side of the barb.
