I've heard of several people that added a second monitor with a cheap pci card... not sure how to set it up... but it can definetly be done :D

Just did! Threw in an "el cheapo" sis card, windows recognised it and my desktop now span to monitors.

But, there are some problems. Fist, anything using overlay will most probably crash if you try to move it from one screen to the other. I was hoping to use my main screen and card for writing/surfing and such, and the other for television/dvd/video. I could have used it the other way around, but the cheap card/monitor is not good to be focusing on for to long :)

Do anybody know if it's possible to use the "vesa feature connector" (that row of pins found on most cards) to make overlay work?
