I just read about this. I haven't been on the site in quite some time. I see there was a march contest but no thread for april and was wondering if there were no more contests? Currently I'm running the folding@home app and in it I got it set for overclockers forum team as well. But if it is possible to add that to this boinc thing? As that would be preferred instead of running two apps. If not then I can try and run both.

The March contest is not over - there are still prizes to be drawn.

I don't know a lot about mixing BOINC with FAH. In theory it should work. You could set one to use half of your CPU cycles and run the other at a lower priority and get about half and half to each project. But if you set either to idle when the computer is in use, I would expect them to get confused about when the computer is in use and perhaps not play well with each other. (I'm less familiar with FAH but I know that BOINC has those settings.)

You can try. I don't think your PC will explode.:chair:

I used to mix BOINC with F@H. CPU on BOINC, Multi GPU's on F@H. It works alright if you set your resource shares properly and make sure you have sufficient RAM.
All the info on the Rosetta Event is in the status and signup threads, and both indicate that the contest goes until we hit 15th place.
