Ordered a Fatal1ty sound card on Thursday, paid for 2 day shipping. Guess how many day's it actually takes to get here.. 6

First time i strayed away from newegg to buy something in years.. Think it will be my last.

When did you purchase it? And when did it arrive?

6 days is slightly long for 2 day shipping by a day depending upon when you ordered. If you ordered Thursday after 6pm PST, it wouldnt ship till Friday, then you have the weekend. Would be 5 days that way. Did you call them and ask them for a refund on the 2day shipping cost for the delay or did you not even see if they would rectify the situation?

Ordered during business hours on thursday. Just got off the phone with fry's, said it should arrive tomorrow..

Exactly what time during a business hour? If it wasn't processed on Thursday then it was done on Friday. If it was done on Friday then it was shipped out on Friday and Sunday would have technically been the "2nd" day. Which we all know no one ships on Sundays so that would cause a delay. After that it's all on the shipping company to get it to you.

Yeah, if your order wasnt approved before 6pm PST then it wouldnt go out until Friday which would make the 2nd business day shipping dead on.

BUSINESS days are Mon-Fri and just about everyone in this world understands that.

Im not sure where you get 6 days? Even if your order was approved early Thursday, tomorrow is the 2nd business day.

How did you get 6 days? If anything it should be coming in today with 2 day shipping. Order was probably processed and out on Friday. 2 days would mean today.

Like Doz said, business days are Mon-Fri. Some shipping companies do a Saturday Delivery, but the other trucks are not moving that day.
