P4S Dragon Ultra bios

I am having a problem of trying to overclock the board
it stays on default setting with 0 changes on post boot
anybody having a fix for this problem
also how can you tell if your memory is running 333?
setting in the bios is 3:5, 333 memory, fsb 100 all dip switches are on default

Its shows that you are using PC2100 memory, if that is the case, how do you know it will run at 333mhz???? Shouldnt the multiplier be set lower???

not a option on a INTEL chip to lower multiplier
its all based on FSB
