I'd also imagine you could do the same with AMD's new bobcat core too. But anyways, looks like Opterons and Xeons are coming to an end for the big bulky data center that just basically does facebook pages and web searches.
 
yea doing that with atom was the first step imo to what this is. it really does look like arm is getting in the spot light again. i say again since it is a risc based cpu, risc was big when computing was still between 3-4 cpu makers. im still really interested to see how the upcoming seadragon will do on win8 vs a atom setup. hopefully intel has something that will boost per clock efficiency of atom.

now if we could get powerdvd or other BD software on linux we would be set.
