OK, the computer I am currently building will be my first experience with Watercooling/Peltier cooling. If I have a Shuttle AK35-GTR with an Athlon XP 1800+ as high as I can get it, a 156w peltier, a server size case with 2 120x120 fans and 1 80x80 fan, 1 hard drive, CDRW/DVD/Audigydrive/Digitaldoc5, and a watercooling setup with pump and all that pizzaz, what kind of PSU would I need, and what will the end result be? Will the water cooling setup plug in seperately than the computer? I'm getting the www.dangerden.com watercooling kit. What size of PSU do I need... etc.

First off, forget powering the Peltier off of your PC PSU, in case you were considering that.

Given the fact that you want to overclock this rig as far as possible, I would recommend a quality 400W PSU. I am biased towards the Antec PP-403 or PP-412. Others may have a personal favorite you can consider also.

Yeah, that was what I was thinking... So, I haven't gotten the kit yet, does the pump have a seperate DC connector, so it isn't reliant on the PSU? And where do I connect the peltier? Dual PSUs? Or something else? I'm not new to working in a computer, but I've never really had to mess with power, so I need some advice.

What if I told you I have... say... a 650w Enermax PSU?

Congrats on that "meaty, beefy, big and bouncy" Enermax. Quite the heavy hitter!

The pump runs off of 120 VAC, not DC. If that Enermax has a jack in the back for powering up your monitor, leech off of it to turn on the pump. If it doesn't, then you'll have to cobble up a relay that is powered by the +12V output from the PSU and essentially switches the 120VAC on whenever you power up your PC.

As for the Peltier. You should get a separate 12V single output Power Supply to run it. That's one of the main bothers with Peltiers. I used to have a link to a surplus company that sold a 12V 22A switching supply for around $40.00, but I can't find it now. New 12V supplies that have the current your 156W peltier will want cost much more.

Is this what you were referring to with Single Output 12v Power Supply?
