while things are slow, i have been poking around for interesting stuff. here is a link to the berkeley router stats:

from running a traceroute, it looks like the inr-new-666 router is the main border router.

there is also a link to the SSL routers (inr-60), which maybe interesting to look at for finding least busy times to attempt transfers.
