Best board for socket 423

im looking for the best socket 423 board. best in refernce to ocing abilities. a friend of mine picked up a unlock 1.5ghz p4 and he wants to know this.
also whats the best ram and heatsink for the job?

the best motherboard in my opinion would be the Abit TH7 (not the TH7-II). The best CPU cooler would be the Swiftech MCX423.
