No, I think that Asrock is now a totally separate company from Asus. I think they were spun off a few years ago. That's why you are seeing high performance boards from them nowadays.

Being from the states you should have a better turn around when we have to stm an asrock board here in Aus. we have to give around 8 week turn around for Re-seller so poor End-User probably looking at 9-10 weeks here :S hope they will deal direct with End User mate
