i'm trying to set up my phone dialer to use my computer as a phone and i need to know how to get it to use my mic and speakers. can anyone help me or point me to an easier program?

its a program in windows that lets you use your PC as a phone through your modem.

If you are using the Phone Dialer that comes with windows, I think it will only dial the phone... No mic or speakers :(

But I've never used it that much, so I could be wrong..

Why don't you use Yahoo Messenger. I has the opiot for you to use your mic and speakers to call(tool free) any phone # in the lower 48.

i think on some modems u just jump your modem to your soundcard, but depends on the modem, i had a usr sposter data fax and that was all i had to do with it
