tyan 2500 MB will not boot up. No error beeps, but if you pull the memory or video card it will beep error messages. All new parts. What could be going on here? Tried resetting the cmos, no luck. Check the jumpers they all appear to be set correctly. It powers up and then fans go and the led on the MB goes on, all the drives and nic card light up too, so its not the PSU. Im stuck.
 
unplug board from power supply clear cmos replug board to supply boot i had difficulty with mine when i wasnt unpluging the board from the power supply and installing new component
 
damn looks like 1 or both of the cpus are fried, I put in my old ones and I works fine. Dammit.
