so im been throught the amd cpus forum and i cannot find a guide for my proccesor maybe someone here know one here are my specs

amd phenom 8650 x3 proccesor
nvidia geforce 9600gt
4gb ram
windows vista home premium 32 bits

You should list your motherboard, since that is the most important part for understanding and learning overclock methods.

Board: ECS GeForce6100PM-M2 2.0
Bus Clock: 1 megahertz
BIOS: Phoenix Technologies, LTD 6.00 PG 10/30/2008 does that work
