you are absolutly right
what i wanted to know is if there is software to change the pci and agp divider so that when you o/c your fsb the pci and agp port does not o/c, a litlle bit like when there was a possibility to change the multiplier(the cpu o/c but not the rest of the computer)

Some motherboards will allow manual PCI/AGP bus settings in the BIOS, but I have never heard of any software programs that will allow you to change those settings.
