Soyo P41 Fire Dragon suck for overclocking?

I have this baord with a p4 Northowood 2 gig cpu. I also have a Leadtek G3 I get about 7100 in 3DMark2001, and yesterday I overclcoked to 2.4 gig and only got 7500 in 3dMark2001. Anyone seen any number with this combo and do those scores seem right?

I have the SIS645 chip board and i am running at 7864 with a fsb of 108 on my 1.8 northwood
