WinXP and Networkprinting

Yesterday I bought a new printer(HP), and I installed it on my computer in the network(I have WinXP Pro). But now it seems that other users on the network can't print on my networkprinter. It says:" No Accessrights" when someone in the network tries to access the printer.
Does someone know what can be done about this?

Try putting it on a different machine or directly onto the network if possible. Is there a setup utility for it?

Make sure you have file and print sharing set up.
