RAM Timings issue

I am trying to overclock my Core 2 Duo e6300 by changing the FSB. I have been able to get it up to 2.1 Ghz stable. Anything over that gets really unstable. I think it has to do with my memory pushing its limits at the current timings. The current timings are 5-5-5-12 at 800Mhz. How should I adjust the timings and clock speed to be able to push the FSB further?
