Its really hard to get the memory up to 300, even the 3.6ns stuff. The majority of the people that have there memory up at 300 or above lucked out and got some of the 3.3ns memory which was avaliable on some of the retail cards. I have my OEM w/4ns memory at 280/275 can't seem to go any higher with the memory. Im making a GPU HSF from an old 370 intel HSF and then Ill go for 300, but untill them Im happy with my O/C for OEM.

Don't assume anything .... Lots of LE's have 3.6ns hynix but still have 230/230 speeds. Still better than 4ns. But pull out PowerStrip and check default speeds.
If you have the 3.6ns you stand a chance of bringing it to retail, but not with 4ns.

With your retail, you should easily go 300/590.
As for "FISHY", he's already at retail speeds with his "LE". Not bad ... but could higher on the GPU with Vmod upped to about 3.6-3.8V, simple pencil mod 10min.
