Hi all..I have a problem with my ram to get my system stable..My cpu is @4.53GHZ (533x8.5).coreV--1.575V...dramV 2.2V...and the other values are auto.
(e8400) giga. p45-ud3lr mb and Kingston 2x1G 1066 hyper-x and 1X2G 1066 hyper-x running at memory flex mode..There is no problem with heat..I have Tuniq tower 120 extreme..My rams are running 1066 mhz (fsb 533) now..

@4.2Ghz everything works fine,@4.53 cpu works fine but im getting memory errors after a few mins or just blue sc. (memory manag. error or page fault)..

I have tried 2.3V but nothing has changed..Then i tried to change Static tRead Value to 10 ,9,8 and nothing changed..And if you look at my boards bios , there are a few ram timing options/profiles (Streght Profile 1066 MHz , Streght Profile 1200 (0.c) profile...) ..Is there any opinion about what should be done with my dram settings or Voltage.?

prime stress test result after 2 attempts in 3mins--blue screen (System encountered an uncorrectable hardware error)...actually its a little bit freaky.:S

Remove the 1 x 2GB module, leaving the remaining 2 x 1GB modules installed in a dual-channel config. Then adjust the timings and DRAM voltage according to the SPD / EPP #1 timing table at DDR2-1066 (5-6-6-15-2T at 2.2V).

everything just went fine , but at prime95 blend test after 30secs it stops running and closed..no blue screen yet.:)..i can assume that it was stable now.and how will i adapt another 2G ram to this assumpted stabilization?

When on flex mode the default freq. is 800mhz , but when i left 2g the remaining 2X1 's default freq. 1066mhz (dual channel stuff as you know)..May the key point be reaching the 1066mhz default by somehow with 2X1 and 2X1 ? (by reseating for example, single channel)

and also the module which i have left also should run at 1066mhz by itself on single channel mode.

instant firefox crashes have begun.:(.Happened 3 times, while just looking on the forum screen.(1 tab opened) .it shadows on my stabilization assumption...happening almost every 10 secs...

With the 2 x 1 GB modules installed in DIMM slots 1 & 3, change the CAS Latency from 5 to 6 so the timings are 6-6-6-15 at 2.2V (leave all the sub-timings on Auto). Leave the single 2 GB module out of the system for the time being, then instead of attempting to boot into Windows, boot to a thumb drive w/ the latest version of Memtest86+ installed.
