*EDIT*
Nevermind, I was able to reduce it back to 1333 in BIOS.
*EDIT*

I decided to try overclocking my Phenom II x4 955 Black.

It's not going so well.

After only being able to push it to 3.5, I decided to fiddle with my memory.

Corsair 2 x 2 GB DDR3 - 1600.

AMD Overdrive showed it's frequency as 533. So I changed it to 800.

Now I can't overclock anything at all without the system crashing, but the real problem is that the option where I changed the frequency to 800 is now grey'd out...I can't change it back to 533...

Any help is appreciated. I thought I did enough reading and researching before I started this venture...but apparently no where near enough.
