Hi , i'm trying to figure out how to set up memory timing with an ami bios

i want it to run at maximum performance with an fbs of 235( or higher since there is some room for overclocking in fbs part)
This is my current rig:

CPU Type-HexaCore AMD Phenom II X6 1075T, 3525 MHz (15 x 235)
Motherboard Name-Asus M5A78L-M/USB3
Memory x 2: Corsair XMS3 CMX8GX3M2A1333C9 4 GB DDR3-1333 DDR3 SDRAM
BIOS Type- AMI (08/11/11)
Video Card- AMD Radeon HD 6870 1024 MB
PSU- Corsair TX650w

this is my bios setting ( changed memory clock speed of 667 to auto , because in windows i would get memory problems like not being able to start up programs

The DRAM frequency and timings are already optimized. Looking at the CPU-Z pic., the DRAM frequency is currently at the modules rated DDR3-1333 (667 MHz x 2), and the current timings of 9-9-9-24 match the XMP-1334 timing table. The only difference I can see is the XMP Command Rate at DDR3-1334 is 2T, whereas CPU-Z is showing a setting of 1T, which could be the cause of your stability issue. Manually set the DRAM voltage to 1.60V and the Command Rate to 2T, then boot to Memtest86+ installed to a flash drive to check for stability.

i've tried to set it at 667 mhz with 9 9 9 24 and 2T and everything else on auto and the voltage on 1.6 volt but that froze the system ,which is weird since it says its tested at 666 mhz on 1.5 volt @ 9 9 9 24

i've checked the website of corsair for the memory and it says
http://www.corsair.com/cmx8gx3m2a1333c9.html

8GB XMS Memory kit for dual channel systems, 1333MHz, 9-9-9-24, 1.5V
should i try 1T or 2T since on the timing list it doesn't say which on 666 mhz

AMD 760G (780L)/SB710
Memory 4 x DIMM, Max. 16GB, DDR3 2000(O.C.)/1866(O.C.)/1800(O.C.)/1600(O.C.)/1333/1066 Hz ECC, Non-ECC, Un-buffered Memory
Dual Channel Memory Architecture
* Refer to www.asus.com or user manual for the Memory QVL (Qualified Vendors Lists).
* Due to OS limitation, when installing total memory of 4GB capacity or more, Windows® 32-bit operation system may only recognize less than 3GB. Install a 64-bit Windows® OS when you want to install 4GB or more memory on the motherboard.
* AMD FX Series CPU on this motherboard supports up to DDR3 1866MHz as its standard memory frequency.
* AMD AM3 100 and 200 series CPU support up to DDR3 1066MHz.

You need to run Memtest86+ to verify the RAM is actually the issue. And according to the XMP DDR3-1333 timing table, the DRAM voltage should be set to 1.60V at 9-9-9-24, along w/ the 2T Command Rate. The JEDEC DRAM voltage for DDR3-1333 is indeed 1.50V, but I would go by what's shown in the XMP column of the SPD tab, irregardless of what Corsair rates the modules to run at.

it's running through memtest86 as we speak , @ 667 1.6 v
9 9 9 24
ps i hate the ami bios so much...
