I have purchased a Chieftec full tower chasis and these tab-looking things came with it and I don't know what they are used for. You can see what they look like here (http://www.newegg.com/app/Showimage.asp?image=11-125-109-01.JPG/11-125-109-02.JPG/11-) and look at the second image. At the bottom of the 2nd image, you'll see about 8 of these things. Can you tell me what they are used for? Here, I attached the image for you to see. What are those tab-looking things at the bottom of the picture?
Another question case specific...
How do you put the IDE hardware (hard drive, CD-ROM, floppy) in this case? I can't quite figure out how. There doesn't seem to be a place to screw them in, and there also doesn't seem to be rails to slide it in. Any help? Thanks!

Okay, I think they are the rails for the CD-ROM drives.

you screw those to the sides of your cdrom drives, they slide in and out

did you all know that for a case to be ATX compliant, it has to have drive rail holders in it?? i just found that out, thats why the antec cases have em

Nope. Nothing.
don't feel bad Garfield, my Cheiftec had me going in circles for about an hour til I figured out what those rails were for, then another 15 minutes trying to figure out which way to put them on...:D

Yea that sounds like what happend to my friend when he built his P4. His MOBO and Case came with no instructions from Intel just a little pic on the side panel that he had to follow inorder to connect everything to the MOBO. Yea it helped but the Pic was about 8 1/2 by 5 so it was kinda of hard to read.
