560ti question

I have a P5Q Dlx with a Q6600 and a 560ti. Is this MB CPU combo going to slow this card down for folding?

For SETI I usually reserve one core of the CPU for feeding the GPU, I find that my Q6600 can feed the GTX570 just fine with one core and no bottleneck is created.

Ok now, so now I just bought a P9X79 Pro and a 3930K. Would it be better to Sli 2 560ti on it or keep the 2 cards on separate systems?
