Small Water Chiller (http://www.hughes-water-coolers.co.uk/html/ers_1.html)

Is there a way a water chiller could be used to kool the water? I know these things arn't made for countinuous use, just thought it'd be interesting. Suppose the main problem even if you got it to work would be condensation.

The first Hughes unit looks pretty good. Bear in mind that the system is designed to chill to around 3-4C and therefore you are not going to get sub-zero chilling and you probably stablise around 13-14C. Enough to warrant taking a light covering of closed foam to prevent condensation. You could probably get away with a covering in a layer of mouse mat material.

How much does that little huges water chiller cost? That looks like something I would buy.

I don't know. I am chilling my water to around -10~-20 deg. C and this is what I hit for top hurtz before it puked. I used a fridge though and put the evaporator in the coolant.
