Adding 6G ram

hi everyone , i already have 3*2 BallistiX Ram , and plan on adding another 6G

wanted to know if i can get the other 3 modules from another Brand like corsair
or OCZ with the same CL8-8-8-24 1600MHz

will they work together ?

they should play fine together, but will also depend on sub-timings. worst case is you set all timings for whatever sticks are the worst and all is good
