I bought 16gb of DDR3 1600 memory. Corsair Vengeance (CML16GX3M4A1600C9) PC3-10700H(667MHZ). I bought them as a set altogether thinking that they would be matched and all run at the same speed but looking at CPU-Z they all seem to be running at different frequencies and CAS Latencies. Is there something I can do to get them all together? or is this normal as I know little about memory.

JEDEC 2 freq 518mhz, cas 7.0, ras to cas 7, ras precharge 7, tras 19, trc 27
JEDEC 3 freq 592mhz, cas 8.0, ras to cas 8, ras precharge 8, tras 22, trc 30
JEDEC 4 freq 666mhz, cas 9.0, ras to cas 9, ras precharge 9, tras 24, trc 34
XMP1600 freq 800mhz, cas 9.0, ras to cas 9, ras precharge 9, tras 24, trc 41 command rate 2t only shows up under the XMP-1600 column.

All voltages are 1.5v

CPU Amd x2 555 BE, w/ all cores unlocked so now its a Phenom II x4 (running reliably so far) not over clocked yet. MB Biostar A770E3, HD 6770.

I am planning to overclock and as a precaution I want to make sure all of my hardware is up to spec's.

You're probably looking at tge SPD tab. That's the different settings your RAM is recommended to work at. Check the memory tab, that'll give you the current real RAM settings. :)
