EliteMT ddr sdram(sstl-2) @ 250mhz

Original post in Video/Audio, maybe someone here can help. I need to find this memory(EliteMT/ESMT 64meg of 4mb x 16 ddr sdram sstl-2 250mhz 400mil tsop2 66 pin chip) this is the standard chip on most videocards based on the geforce3 Ti500's and some other newer cards. Would like just the chip itself, if posssible, but would concider buying new videocard with this memory. Question is does anybody know where this memory can be purchased, or a cheaper say geforce2 ultra(heard some of these have the faster Elite chips)or maybe even some other brand name equivalent chip(Etron tech, Hynix ect..... Any help would be great.
