What memory should I use for my build with a i7 980x

I am building a new system and I am using a i7 980x chip. I am deciding on 2 types of ram these are the 2 Dominator Gt's or G skill sniper series? Of course the Dominator GT's are very expensive, what are your thoughts on G skill sniper ram in comparison is it worth the savings to buy the g skill sniper ram. Here are the specs on the ram

Links to each set would have been helpful, but regardless. Easily the G.Skills over the Dom's considering...

Dom's: DDR3-1600 @ 7-7-7-20 and 1.65V
G.Skills: DDR3-1866 @ 9-10-9-28 and 1.5V

... the price difference, and that the G.Skills can more than likely / most probably run at the Dom's rated DDR3-1600 and 7-7-7-20 at 1.65V or less.
