is there a mod trick for the th7 II ?
the only mod i know of is for the actual p4 northwood itself to achieve higher voltages. check the forums, they have been life savers for me.
 
Yes, there is a voltage mod that can be done to the TH7-II. You need a 47k pot and a couple Pomona grabbers (unless you want to solder your mobo). I decided it was cheaper and easier to wire wrap the CPU VID pins instead. Check out the below listed link for a discussion about this mod.
