Just in under the wire for that one. Those have a 9 day timeout.

Okay, so I cheated. :(

Looked at the foldmonitor. Said est finish was the 29th. Okay, only 3 more days. Wait a minute, there are only 28 days in february!.

Yes, thats right, est finish was 29th of MARCH!!

I flushed out the WU, and got another one. Flushed it out and got a 10 frame sidechain. It may be able to cope with that :D

Ive been getting all the huge ones :(

ProteinAnat is the latest 500000 step beast i got...

Appears foldmonitor doesn't recognize thede new ones as the 'History' tab only shows the old proteins like bba5 and such.

I only say this because I've gone through several of the 500000 step proteins and they show up on the Folding graphic client as completed WU's but not in the foldmonitor history like I said.

They show up in my history. I did have a problem with foldmonitor not being able to scroll down in the history when I was at a different screen size. It is fine now though.

I think I'll just give up on F@H for the rig. It took all night and still didn't finish a frame of a sidechain.

Hey PF, don't feel bad, I've got an old pentium mmx166 that I treid it on, first one it received was Protein29anat. I let it run for 2 days, it only finished like 6 frames. so I uninstalled the F@H on it and started from scratch, and again it got a proteina. So I just let it go, Its been foldin that one since Monday, here two days later it's got 9 frames done. Haven't seen any smoke pouring out of it yet, guess thats a good thing....:D

Hey PF, noticed in your sig that you're running linux, how are you folding w/ that? I thought F@H didn't run on that op:confused:
