First Intel build looking for high end memory

I was thinking about getting a set of Dominator GT's in DDR3 2000 but ofcourse the DDR3 2400's look good... but expensive is there any other brand I should consider? or that would perform better?

I just orderd the ASUS MAXIMUS IV EXTREME and an Intel I7 2600k

@txus well its somewhat over time and tax return. plus i have some of the parts already. like PSU HDD's\SSD case GPU heatsink.

@Mad I use it for alot of things im going to be doing overclocking benching gaming some photo editing some work encoding music and maybe some recording. but benching and gaming will be what its used for most of the time.
