Who Makes The Chips

Can anyone tell me who makes the chips on the:
Crucial - Micron - Mushkin boards

I'm leaning towards the Mushkin PC2100 2 2 2 256MB modules but, who makes the chips?

The Crucial(pc2100) I have has Micron chips and runs at the most aggresive settings

I also Have some Ocz pc2400 that has Infineon chips and also runs at the most aggresive settings.

From what I've read and the dealings I've had w/ Micron, they manufacture their own and Microns ram is always top of the line.
