So I just built a completely new computer.

ASUS M5A97 970
Phenom II 970BE 3.5ghz
4GB 1600 DDR3 Corsair Vengeance
Corsair 600W PSU

First time I go into BIOS my ram is running at 1333 (its a 1600 stick, hadn't changed it yet)

I reset my computer, go back into BIOS, and ever since it's been running at 1151, and if I go to change the clock speeds the next speed up is 1400 something. Not 1600.

Whats up? :/

The M5A97 only has four memory dividers... x4 (800 MHz), x5.33 (1066 MHz), x6.66 (1333 MHz), and x8 (1600 MHz), w/ the frequencies in parenthesis the results of a 200Mhz HT Ref. clock x each available DRAM multiplier. So if the available DRAM frequencies were DDR3-1151, DDR3-14xx, etc., then the base clock was set to a value other than 200MHz.
