I purchased a memory card for a digital camera at Amazon. HP Electronics was the actual seller through Amazon's marketplace. Whatever. They shipped it via USPS.
9 days later, it still shows as leaving the seller's facility. Hrm. I contact HP via Amazon and they said they'll ship another one out immediately and recall the other one.
The next day I had the replacement memory card. Yes, they overnighted a memory card to me via UPS. I had it by 1 PM. I'm very impressed.
