I have installed boinc manager and data from the internet and it is being processed by now.If I want to dedicate one pc to this kind of job what should I do, do I have to transfer files from one pc to another or what?

I run boinc on multiple PCs. I manage each independently. (In other words, each machine fetches its own work units and returns its own results.) I think there is a facility to manage multiple PCs from one PC but I have not bothered to set that up. But even in that case, I suspect that each PC fetches/returns its own work units.

Just use the same user ID (or email address) and password on every computer. SETI will combine the result into one account and each computer will work fine handling data independently of each other. All you need is internet access.
