Optimum BIOS settings for TUSL2-C?

Just curious as to what you guys have for BIOS settings in your rigs. Mine is running pretty good (1404MHz at stock vCore) but I want to make sure I'm getting the most out of it. Always looking to tweak a little more performance out of the Celly......

BTW, I'm using the 1009 BIOS. I haven't felt the need to flash it. Would I gain anything by flashing to a newer version?
