Thinking about adding more mem or upgrading all together? What Do You Think?

Ok this is my current rig kinda old lol

System Specs
CPU - Core-2-Duo-E4300 oced to 2.4
Mainboard - GIGABYTE GA-965G-DS3
Mem - Kingston 3 Gig
Power Supply - Corsair GS700
Graphic Card - MSI Radeon HD 5570

thinking of Intel Core i3-2130 or Intel Core i5-2500K and maybe Asrock for mainboard and keep current components oh and of course ram prob some GSkill DDR3 Sound good or does someone have some Recommendations?

The 2500K is a better choice then the 2130, ASRock are pretty good MOBO's but you might also consider ASUS and Gigabyte

I'd upgrade all together. Why go 10% power increase when you can have 100%+. Just my opinion. :thup:
