Am I right in this thinking: -
I know that the core clock frequency for RIMMs, at the moment, is 100MHz which is quad pumped to produce 400MHz.
I see that the speed of RIMMs for sale is 800MHz, is this because RIMMs are dual channel. If so this makes 800MHz. When 133MHz clock RIMMs are introduced will they then run at 1.064GHz ( (133x4) * 2).
I have also seen older RIMMs that run at 600MHz how are these clocked
