Soft Fsb Help!

I have a sony pcv r553ds. It was a gift so I didnt' have a choice. It has:

-oem ASUS MEW EUROPA 3(atx-167) [anyone know where I can find info on this board?] asus.com no help.

-256 ram

-p3 650 w/ golden orb

-award bios 7(very limited)

-150 watt power supply

Some questions:

I am trying to clock my fsb up to 133 using softfsb v1.7. Is that the newest version?

Under Target mainboard for asus, it only has p2b and p2v listed next to the listed asus boaards. what does that represent?

Target Clock generator: what is that and how do I found out what mine is?

Anyone know of a softfsb information site?
