Does your bios let you set the "cpu host frequency"?
I don't know about that brand, but most boards that will let you do it, will have it in the "chipset features" part of the setup prog. If all else fails, read the manual, and look in the section telling you how to install the cpu...even if they are vaque, you might be able to gleen enough to figure out if it can be done.
