DRAM Queue depth and Command rate.

I answered this in the motherboards section, but I'm still not sure about queue depth... I think leaving it at 4 is better, maybe. I just set up my new motherboard, so I install Sandra and test it both ways and see which gets a higher memory score.

The most important settings are:

cas latency and bank interleave

turn cas down to 2 if it'll run like that, and turn bank interleave to 4 way
 
I'm not certain, but I think one of the good things about P4s is they can handle higher Que Depths. I'm more or less quoting what I read a few weeks ago, without understanding. As far as I remember it has something to do with multiprocessinig (?!!)
Higher is better.
